Can I get access to surveillance video of a business of some other individual?
I think my wife may have been at a bookstore with another man–may I review the surveillance video of the bookstore

I doubt it. Now if you have a court case with a lawyer involved, it may be gotten by a court order as evidence. Other than that, I don’t believe you can get access unless the bookstore owner agrees to show it to you. PS Why don’t you hire a PI and let him do the surveillance? BTW, don’t follow her yourself..If she finds out, she can press charges against you for "stalking".
That’s up to the owner of the bookstore BUT I’m pretty sure the answer will "NO," so in that case you would need a court order BUT I’m also pretty sure any Judge will give you a "NO" for answer too.
In simple words, you have no right to watch the surveillance video, and you can’t prove to have a "valid reason" to request for it.
I would contact the owner of the bookstore and tell them the truth. A reasonable person would attempt to help you understanding your plight.
If she uses the computer there’s applications that can monitor every key stroke. If you catch her, document everything and laugh about how she gets nothing in the divorce.
