i want to start up faster do you think i can be safe if i delete zone alarm from start up and use it when i want to after start up?

I use symantec corporate edition and i want to install zone alarm internet security…..my question is, if i install zone alarm, my computer maybe crash or not?because in symantec corporate,not have firewall security, im security, spam security,etc.Or any alternative program another zone alarm?

If not, which program is better? If you can have both, will it have any problems running together at the same time?

I just found some spyware on my computer by the name of malware Alarm and I want to get rid of it. I don’t really know how however. I got an idea or two but I need to know does Zone Alarm protect you or get rid of spyware?

I have read reviews that say computers with less than 2GB of RAM run significantly slower with Zone Alarm Security Suite 7.

I’m running both of them on my computer and they don’t seem to conflict with each other. So should I keep both running like this right now or should I keep the eset smart security fire wall turned off, or uninstall zone alarm. What do you think?

I use to use Zone Alarm, then uninstalled it due to trying to download another Program. Apparently I did not do a clean uninstalling because tech help for IE7 is not able to help me get IE7 on my computer, something is blocking it. Tech is very sure it is Zone Alarm uninstalled incorrectly. Since I am a computer novice, I’m sure they are correct. I have no idea where to go from here.

i have zone alarm suite. I have utorrent set as allowed to receive incoming connections and everything else. but somehow the firewall stops the incoming traffic and it kills my d/l rate. upload rate still good. I love zone alarm but i don’t want to shut it down to use utorrent, because i don’t want my comp to be "PROTECTED" by windows firewall. What can i do????

I have zone alarm free fire wall and I’m trying to allow my computers in my network talk to each other and zone alarm says to input the IP address of my computer and I don’t know how to find that.

i need to right click the zone alarm in my system tray to be able to get a certain program in.it tells me that it should be marked in red and then i need to select restore alarm control center marked in blue and so,i just do not know where to find that tray.

When I install zone alarm, it will let me get on msn after allowing it, but after I allow AIM, it still wont let me get on…

Also, can someone give me a clear and accurate list of things I can do to ensure my pc is in best shape? I have AVG Free Edition, and windows defender, and ccleaner on pc which i use…

I have to update or get another total protection program for my home computers. I currently have Zone Alarm and, I’ll admit it has worked pretty well. But I just want your opinions. { Norton is not a choice because I’ve had way too many problems with it previously.} Thank you.

well i haven’t installed an anti-virus on my pc yet, and i need one since i use the net alot.i asked others one which i should get, some said norton and most said zone alarm.so i guess zone alarm seemed more popular and effective. i just want to know if anyone knows if Vista supports it..because everyone that i asked is still using XP.

lately firefox has been taking a very long time to log in on myspace. almost 5 minutes. on the status bar it says waiting for secure.myspace.com. when i completely close zone alarm, it only takes less than 2 seconds to log in and show the home page. i have no clue what to change in zone alarm, so any ideas and help would be appreciated!

Does anyone know the best free anti-virus available to download that also has free anti-spy ware? I am on a fixed income and I currently pay .00 per month for a service from Verizon but someone told me Zone Alarm would be as good and it carries both virus and spy ware protection and it is free. I noticed that the Zone Alarm 7 Security Suite does not have many options for it’s antivirus. However is it a more effective antivirus than just Kaspersky alone? Anyone prefer one over the other and why?
