How do I find Zone Alarm settings on my PC?
I am trying to run a program, unsuccessfully, and when I go to "support" for that software, they say I need to reset some "Zone Alarms" on my PC. Where are these Zone Alarms and how do I get to them. Please, if you do not have an authoritative answer don’t respond to this. Thanks in advance. The program is Portrait Professional and I am running Windows XP.

double click on the Zone Alarm icon at the system tray. go to ‘Overview’ and click on the ‘Preferences’ tab, you can change the settings there.
If you want to add the program to the allowed list in Zone Alarm, go to ‘Program Control’, under ‘Program" tab click ‘Add’ and select the program you want.
