Also if you are out in public it is fair game, people can record (audio & video) whoever and whatever if you are out in public. That is how the paparazzi is able to do it to celebrities. YES it is legal to set up a camera especially if They are the owner. The only reason that They need ANY cameras is for evidence or drug deals etc. I can agree that if You are doing something wrong then You get caught but I also believe that places like red lights that take pictures and places where the Police etc. should be the ones who need to catch people.
